尚立光电成立於2009年7月，设立於台湾台南市，主要从事光学方案的研发、设计、制造及销售，设计方案主要为光学引擎模组，适用於微型投影机(Pico Projector)、头戴型显示器(HMD，Head Mounted Display)、抬头显示器(HUD，Head-up Display)等产品。
尚立光电研发团队在光学领域已累积二十多年的光机设计、制造与市场行销经验，已成功开发出多款低功耗、高亮度、小体积的微型光机，可应用於外接式微型投影机及整合内嵌於各类手持式电子产品、玩具等，以满足客户产品轻薄设计需求。
近年来因应市场变化进而朝向虚拟图像光学之开发，相关产品为：

Shinyoptics Corporation is a leading micro optical engine solution provider.
Since its founding in July 2009 in Tainan County, Taiwan, Shinyoptics has been achieving continuous improvement in technology development and production efficiency improvement. Shinyoptics has also been offering customers cost-effective and high value-added solutions.
Shinyoptics's light engines are suitable to be embedded in portable systems such as Head-Up Display(HUD), see-through eyewear device, Head-Mount Display(HMD), smartphones, PDAs, media player, NB, portable games, toys, and standalone accessory projectors.
Using LED as an illumination source and LCOS as an imager, Shinyoptics's light engine achieved low-cost, low power consumption and high efficiency (high lumen and contrast) target.
ShinyOptics is focusing on “virtual image” optics recently, which include three different categories,
- Head Up Display (for Automotive)
- Helmet Mounted Display (for Motorcycle and Industry Application)
- Head Mounted Display (for Industry and Consumer)
